My experience as a lighting designer, technician and event organiser enables me to develop both creative and functional concepts. Warehouse and goods logistics

The structure

Behind every successful bar and every functioning club is an invisible system of logistics, warehousing and inventory management. If this system does not function smoothly, not only does efficiency suffer, but so does team morale and guest satisfaction.

With my training as a freight forwarding agent and my many years of experience in warehouse and counter logistics, I can help bring order, clarity and structure to your processes. I analyse where goods should be stored sensibly, how cold chains can be secured and how handling, walking distances, means of transport, etc. can be optimised. Cash register systems and inventory processes can also be taken into account.
