Graphics & Text

New development and revision

The Graphics & Text section covers the development of layouts and texts that can be clear, memorable or deliberately experimental – depending on the objective and requirements. I can take existing designs or images, adapt and reinterpret them, or work completely freely and creatively – minimalist, chaotic, surreal, playful or factual. Examples of applications range from classic flyers, posters and brochures to social media graphics and specific projects such as labels for private labels in the catering industry or album covers and booklets in the music sector.

Revising existing logos or layouts is also part of the process – sometimes a small change is all it takes to make something familiar more modern, understandable or functional.

Texts are also part of the creative process: whether short and concise, long and narrative, graphically edited or deliberately provocative – the right concept is always crucial.

Merchandise, promotional materials and decorations

In the field of design, everything revolves around printable products, merchandise and promotional materials. I design
surfaces and motifs for you that can be transferred to a wide variety of materials – from high-quality papers and fabrics to special finishes. The result is printed materials and products that are both practical and visually appealing.

Examples range from fan shirts, hoodies and caps in the music industry to aprons, tablecloths and napkins in the catering industry to banners, flags or a photo of your dog on a thermos flask – for both private and business occasions.

The world of advertising materials also offers almost endless possibilities: from classic ballpoint pens to packaging, glasses, sweets or fabrics for a wide variety of occasions – almost everything can be creatively designed and customised. This allows ideas to become visible, wearable and memorable.

Photography

Staging and presentation

Photography adds another visual layer to graphics and design. Whether product images for online shops, photos
for sales advertisements (e.g. real estate, vehicles or boats) or artistic series – photos give projects a convincing visual language. Editing, retouching and creative combination with graphic elements round off the spectrum.

Free creative photographic work is also possible: from a clean studio look to deliberately distorted image compositions. Depending on your requirements, I carry out assignments alone or in close consultation – from strict specifications to free artistic licence.

It gets particularly exciting when all three areas intertwine:
A logo update is implemented graphically, appears on merchandise products, is photographed and supplemented with appropriate text in flyers or online appearances.
