The prices for creative services depend on many factors – not just the actual working time. The effort involved, the objective, the complexity and the type of collaboration play a significant role. The decisive factors are how much creative freedom, conceptual work, research or technical implementation a project involves. A simple layout with clear specifications can be completed in a few hours, whereas a complex design concept or an artistic photo set can take days.

Before starting a project, we always provide you with a binding quote tailored to your requirements.

• General information
All prices are net prices. New customers must pay in advance; regular customers can pay on account.
• Hourly billing
My basic hourly rate for graphic design, design and image work is € 90.
Billing interval: 1st hour in full, thereafter in 30-minute increments (€ 45 each).
• Project and package prices
For clearly defined tasks
(e.g. print layouts, logo revisions, retouching or small photo series), flat rates are possible. The calculation is based on the amount of work involved, style, type of material, intended use and desired format.
• Long-term or recurring projects
(e.g. monthly flyers or design series, seasonal advertising materials, merchandise graphics, image series, etc.)
→ Reduced base hourly rate or fixed price agreement possible – depending on the task, scope and duration.
• On-site appointments
(e.g. object or desired motif photography)
By arrangement only. Prices depend on location, duration and type of production.
• Payment options
Bank transfer, PayPal, Buy UN4RT a Coffee, etc. – details provided when booking a quote or appointment.
• Taxes
UN4RT's headquarter is located in Portugal (VAT currently 23%).

  • Free and non-binding initial consultation

    Tell me about your brand/idea/... – and we will determine which design solutions make sense.

  • Basic hourly rate: 90 €

    For concept development, text design, layout adaptation, digital designs, retouching, image editing, etc.

  • Half-day / full-day flat rate: 4h - 300 € / 8h - 550 €

    Ideal for complete flyer/poster layouts, small design/text series, photographic sessions with post-processing, merchandise designs (e.g. shirts, bags, stickers, buttons, accessories), etc.

  • Weekly rate (min. 3 days): from 1500 €

    Ideal for combined projects (design + text + photos), serial work, PoD collections, marketing materials with multiple variants, etc.

  • Long-term project support and regular adjustments: by arrangement

    For monthly flyers, seasonal themes, recurring advertising materials, brand building, digital image series, etc.

  • On-site production: by arrangement

    By arrangement only – depending on location, effort involved and desired result (e.g. object/product/event photography).

Graphics & Text

Example 1: Logo design
Simple logo – clear idea, possibly with existing drafts
→ 2–4 hours
More complex logo – with individual image mark or detailed work
→ 5–10 hours
Artistic/elaborate logo – including sketches, research, variants
→ 1–2 days
A professional logo includes concept, design, adaptation and final delivery in print and digital formats. Even after the project is complete, I am available for adjustments or new applications (e.g. print, social media, merchandise).

Example 2: Flyer design
Simple flyer (postcard/A5) – single-sided, clear specifications
→ from 1–2 hours
Double-sided flyer (A4) – with image and text editing
→ from 2–4 hours
Special formats (folds, spot colours)
→ half/full day (possibly more)
Additional costs: If you would like me to handle the printing, just let me know.

Example 3: Brochure / catalogue / magazine
Standard brochure (e.g. 12 pages) – with content provided
→ from 5–7 hours
Catalogue (e.g. 24 pages) – with product data, tables, prices
→ from 2–3 days
Magazine / special edition (48 pages +) – individual design, image research, editorial revision
→ from 1–2 weeks (usually more)
Here too, I can take care of printing, material consulting and production preparation (e.g. file formats for online printers or specialised providers) on request.

Design

Example 1: Corporate design / brand identity
Basic package – logo available, colour scheme & typography design
→ from 4–6 hours
Extended package – plus business cards, stationery, email signature
→ from 1–2 days
Complete brand package – incl. design manual, visual language & social templates
→ from 3–5 days
Tip: A consistent brand identity ensures clear recognition and professionalism – both online and offline.

Example 2: Social media design / digital content
Single graphic or post series (3 motifs) – according to CI specifications
→ from 1–2 hours
Social media campaign (e.g. 10 posts, story variants, reel frames)
→ from 1–2 days
Complete social identity – design system for recurring posts & stories
→ from 2–3 days
Optional: Delivery as editable PSD files for future customisation.

Example 3: Packaging / product design
Simple label or tag – clear style, finished dimensions and text available
→ from 2–4 hours
Multi-part packaging (front/back, variants, material consultation)
→ from 1–2 days
Individual design concept (e.g. series or special edition)
→ from 3–5 days
Note: On request, I can also coordinate contact with printers or material suppliers.

Photography

Example 1: Product photography
Small series (3–5 motifs) – for online shops or social media
→ from 1–2 hours
Extended series (10–20 motifs) – incl. lighting setup & post-processing
→ from half a day / whole day
Premium series – elaborate lighting, composing, detail shots
→ from 1–2 days

Example 2: Object, architecture & real estate photography
Small object series (1 object, 5–8 motifs) – for advertisements / presentations
→ from 1–2 hours
Extended series (interior + exterior, multiple rooms)
→ from half / full day
Premium project (multiple objects, day/night lighting, series look)
→ from 1–2 days
Note: Ideal for sales advertisements, portfolios, documentation. On-site shoots only by arrangement. Costs for travel, accommodation, etc. are not included.

Example 3: Image editing & retouching
Basic optimisation – colour correction, cropping, light retouching → from 1 hour
Advanced editing – compositing, background adjustment, colour looks
→ from 2–3 hours
Creative implementation – individual alienation, collages, style editing
→ depending on scope
Tip: Also suitable for older photos, social media material or digital archives.
