  • General information

All prices are net prices. New customers must pay in advance; regular customers can pay on account.

  • Hourly billing

My basic hourly rate for online consultations is € 90. Billing interval: 1st hour in full, then in 30-minute increments (at € 45 each).

  • Half-day/day/weekly flat rates

Each includes analysis and consultation preparation based on documents, images, links, etc.

  • Long-term projects

Reduced basic hourly rate possible – depending on the task, duration and service.

  • On-site appointments

By arrangement only. Prices depend on location, duration and task.

  • Payment options

You have various options: bank transfer, PayPal, Buy UN4RT a Coffee, etc. Details will be provided when you book an appointment.

  • Taxes

UN4RT's headquarter is located in Portugal (VAT currently 23%).

  • Appointment booking

Appointments can be booked by telephone, email and WhatsApp.

  • Free and non-binding initial consultation

    Introduce me to your property/project and let's discuss the task at hand, its scope and possibilities ...

  • Basic hourly rate: 90 €

    For question/answer meetings, brainstorming, status analyses, team meetings, training sessions, virtual tours, ...

  • Half-day / full-day flat rate: 4h - 300 € / 8h - 550 €

    As a single section for more extensive processes, intensive consulting on individual topics, comprehensive crash course, ...

  • Weekly rate (min. 3 days): from 1500 €

    For comprehensive advice, support and assistance with campaigns, trade fairs, festivals, theme weeks, ...

  • Long-term project support and regular appointments: by arrangement

    For monthly formats, events requiring intensive planning, complex concepts, step-by-step support, ...

  • On-site appointments and active support: by arrangement
