the photographs in this gallery could theoretically also find a place in ‘SINGUL4RTITIES’ ... but they don't, because here the images have been either simply or repeatedly mirrored and placed next to/over/under each other. this results in unique, abstract wall decorations that are not just ‘one’ picture. the original picture becomes something new, something different ... with a different focal point, a different effect and a different message.

the artistic-creative background can perhaps be summarised quite well with the well-known saying ‘... more than the sum of the individual parts ...’. but we don't want to get too philosophical here. the important thing is that the works are not mainstream junk that decorate the chipboard kitchens in a cheap furniture store as a bulk-fine-art-print, but rather that certain special extra on a wall of your choice - and an eye-catcher in the room of your choice.
